Service Contracts
For our cash registers, we offer service maintenance and programming contracts,
to give you peace of mind that should something go wrong you will receive
priority treatment, we endeavour to have an engineer onsite within 24 hours of
your call should this be necessary.
Should your machine need to be returned to our workshop then we offer a loan
cash register for the duration of the repair.
For our scales we offer service, and calibration contracts.
Our contracts include annual calibration visits, where our engineers run a
stringent set of tests to ensure your scales meet all the necessary standards,
and we provide proof of calibration certification traceable to European
Standards, all checked through your local Trading Standards Office.
As with all of our contracts, we endeavour to have an engineer on site within 24
hours should this be required and in the unlikely event that your scale has to
be returned to our workshop we provide a loan scale to cover you.
